These terms cover this website and joining Lowtide’s early access. Using the site, or sending the early-access form, means you agree to them.

Early access

Lowtide is early software, offered free to a small group of design partners while it’s built. It may change, have rough edges, or stop. Joining the list doesn’t guarantee a place, and we may end early access at any time.

Using the site

Please use the site and the form honestly: don’t submit someone else’s details, try to break or overload the site, or use it to send spam.

Your data

What you send us, and what the app does with your accounts, is described in the privacy policy.

No warranty

The site and early access are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses arising from using them.

Changes

If these terms change, the date above changes with them, and the new terms apply from then on.
